To go around - visit entire area of the plant
To go around all machineries and equipment
Check machinery conditions on daily basis
Verify all checklist of all machines
- Arrest oil and air leakages
- Drain compressor water
- Check all valves and pressure gauges
- Check all pipelines and joints, oil seals
- Check power status and document the same
- Check incoming and output voltages
- Perform preventive maintenance as per the plan
- Attend breakdown on priority basis
- Check availability of spares and accessories
- Maintain minimum quantity level of all critical spare parts
- Check conditions of driers
- Check earthling condition
- Check and maintain power factors
- Maintain all records associated with maintenance
- Check and maintain roofing condition, lighting arrestor condition, ventilation, light lux index
- Maintenance of computers, printers, UPS, Battery, LAN, internet WI FI, CCTV
- Machine Numerical Control (NC) back up
- Obtain building stability certificate

- Feed raw material or parts to machine
