BFPL is established with a vision to be the leading aluminium downstream company.
BFPL starts supplying to Metrorail segment (Delhi Metro).
Promoters exit the aluminium extrusion business and focus 100% on downstream activities.
Expands manufacturing facility adding a Second Unit in Mysore.
- Establishes a partnership with Lippert Components (LCI), a US based company.
- Expands to third unit.
- Crosses 2 lakh Automotive Roof Rail production per year.

Bhoruka Fabcons started with the vision of becoming the leading ‘Aluminium Downstream’ company in India. We started our independent journey in 2013 and remain true to this vision after a decade.
Our key focus is on Designing and Manufacturing of aluminium products used to promote Light-Weighting Applications. Our product line mainly consists of aluminium extrusions and sheet metal components. We procure over 100 MT of aluminium each month and convert it to various end applications mainly for the Mobility Segment – Railway Interiors, Automotive Body Components, and EV battery cases. Apart from Mobility, we also dedicate 20% of our resources in R&D to promote various applications of aluminium usage.
As India moves towards a 5 million MT Aluminium market, we see a tremendous opportunity in building a niche downstream aluminium business in the coming decade. We welcome all our readers to connect with BFPL, and join us in our journey!
