In- House Bending Machines
We manufacture roof rails with and without curvature. Special purpose bending machines are used to achieve the bending radius according to customer requirements.
In-process Inspection
Each roof rail goes through stringent quality control checks. We have custom-made attribute gauges that are designed specifically for each roof rail design thereby ensuring the highest quality.
In-house Powder Coating
Our roof rails are also offered with Powder Coating or Mill Finish. Automotive industry demands highest quality and BFPL delivers through its in-house Powder coating facility with its defined quality control systems.
Final Visual Inspection
