What is Powder Coating?

Powder Coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint which is delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating is typically applied electrostatically and then cured under heat or with ultraviolet light.

Our Powder Coating Facility

Our in-house powder coating facility is automated to ensure highest production efficiency and quality of powder coating. We follow Highest automotive quality  standards for the process.

We follow strict quality control measures to avoid powder coating defects. Several quality testing is carried out for every batch of powder coating. Tests include- Cross hatch test, Impact test, Bend test along with Visual aesthetic inspection.

Our closed-loop Curing oven is 147m long and achieves curing temperatures of up to 250 deg C.
