      To go around - visit entire area of the plant To go around all machineries and equipment Check machinery conditions on daily basis  Verify all checklist of all machines
      1. Arrest oil and air leakages
      2. Drain compressor water
      3. Check all valves and pressure gauges
      4. Check all pipelines and joints, oil seals
      5. Check power status and document the same
      6. Check incoming and output voltages
      7. Perform preventive maintenance as per the plan
      8. Attend breakdown on priority basis
      9. Check availability of spares and accessories
      10. Maintain minimum quantity level of all critical spare parts
      11. Check conditions of driers
      12. Check earthling condition
      13. Check and maintain power factors
      14. Maintain all records associated with maintenance
      15. Check and maintain roofing condition, lighting arrestor condition, ventilation, light lux index
      16. Maintenance of computers, printers, UPS, Battery, LAN, internet WI FI, CCTV
      17. Machine Numerical Control (NC) back up
      18. Obtain building stability certificate
      19. Liaison with EB departments
      20. Observe any unusual noise, heat generation, spark or smell to perform predictive maintenance
      21. Assist for new machine installation and layout changes
      22. Provide training for newly recruited operators
      23. Maintain cranes and material handling equipment
      24. Monitor conditions of lifting belts, ropes and chains
      25. Perform crane load test through competent testing persons on annual basis
      26. Keep entire plant in tidy and safe condition
