CNC 6-axis machining centre designed for working on the profile faces at any angle, as the electrically-driven spindle is provided with rotary movement perpendicular to the CNCN longitudinal (X) axis from +90° to -90° with respect to the vertical direction. This CNC movement, besides positioning the electrically-driven spindle at any angular setting in the work range, also allows rapid passing from one face to the other, thus optimizing the cycle and machining time. Moreover the double mode allows simultaneous performance of 2functions, namely: carrying out the current machining operations, and, thanks to the 5th and 6th independent axes (provided with vice positioners) and built-in workpiece reference stops, loading or unloading of the workpieces, thereby optimizing machining times.

Full 33P – 23P – 22P are multiple drilling machines with electropneumatic downfeed. Each unit has two spindles with variable centre distance. Pneumatically powered traverse of the moving drill head with provision for memorizing 2 centre distances. Rapid approach device with automatic profile height measurement. Clamp base adjustable along the Y axis, with provision for memorizing 6 positions. The first drilling unit is fixed while the others can be traversed manually with pneumatic locking.

Copia 380 SLI Manual copy router

Copia 380 SLI is a single head copy router with electropneumatic downfeed and manual traverse of the cutting head. The system for rotation of the clamp base allows machining 3 faces of the workpieces by making a rotation in steps of 90°. The machine uses short tools thereby reducing vibration and noise levels, while it increases speed and machining accuracy. It can work steel up to 2.5 mm. The rotary movement from 0° to 180° means that the work (feed) axis does not change, hence the figure reproduced on the first face at 0°, will have the same coordinates as the one reproduced on the opposite face at 180°. Pneumatic stylus with 5 adjustable positions.
